Abstract

The access and support of documents have been modified to long it of the centuries. From old mud boards to the present electronic accesses, the citizens have been approached information through a great variety of formats. The transfer and storage of docu­ments have evolved, from the physical movement of the information to an electronic diffusion online.
At the end of twentieth century the information access has increased day after day, having genera­ ted equality, growth of the education and free­dom of expression.
