Las bibliotecas universitarias y el enfoque b-learning

This paper conceptually bases the design of interactive products, supported by the b-learning approach, designed by the university libraries and conceived from the perspective of resource centers for learning and research (CRAI) The research was documentary, combined with the methodology of feasible projects, given the characteristics, by establishing the nature and scope of learning through information and communication technologies, and explaining the advantages of b-learning versus e-learning, as well as the challenges faced by academic libraries in this context. It concludes that, nowadays, the library services in universities should incorporate the modality of CRAI to support the professional training in an organic, interactive and substantive manner. The results are expressed in an interactive product to support the teaching of the class “History of Libraries and Archives’, in the School of Library and Archival Sciences at the University of Zulia (EBALUZ)
